Part-Time Website Designer

PS Digital Marketing is seeking an entry-level Website Designer. This is a hands-on entry-level position that will support website creation, updates and or maintenance tasks for our existing base of website clients. You will be working alongside experienced designers and developers.


The role is perfect for someone who is starting their career in web design while being creative, eager to learn, detail-oriented, tech savvy, and passionate about creating clean, user-friendly web experiences for local businesses.

In the role of a Part-Time Website Designer, you will:


  • Build & maintain client websites: edit and update websites built on Duda, with occasional work in Squarespace or Wix
  • Follow client brand guidelines to add new content, images, and pages
  • Optimize websites for mobile-friendly performance: check website layouts for mobile and desktop views
  • Troubleshoot basic formatting or display issues
  • Complete basic design changes: ensure consistency in fonts, colors, and overall visual appearance
  • Collaborate with our designers, developers and marketing team to implement updates efficiently
  • Learn best practices for SEO & GEO


We are a remote-first company, and you will have a flexible schedule (perfect for college students.) Our collaborative and supportive team will help you grow and expand your skillset. This will provide you opportunities to grow into larger web projects and digital marketing initiatives.


Desired Skills & Experience


  • Experienced in at least one of these platforms: Duda, Squarespace, Wix (Duda preferred)
  • Have a good eye for design, spacing, and readability
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple small tasks
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and website structure is a plus

Client Support Representative

The Client Support Representative acts as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and providing information about products and services. They manage client inquiries, assist with account setup, and ensure a smooth experience.


The role requires strong customer service, professional communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the representative works closely with management to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.

In the role of a Client Support Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact across our client portfolio.


• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, answering inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients’ products and services.

• Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.

• Handle customer maintenance requests and work with team members to find and follow up on the best possible solution.

• Facilitate new account onboarding, guiding them through necessary paperwork, procedures, and agreements.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ services, pricing, and offerings to effectively address client questions and concerns with upper management.
