3. Social media can increase your sales. Every business must get a ROI (return on investment). Social media campaigns can help with ROIs, as they will increase sales and exposure to your business’ services. 
4. Social media can give your business a good reputation. You should try to maintain a perfect reputation with your business. Posting on social media is one way you can do that. With a strong and great social media presence, you can be perceived as a great business. 
5. Social media can be used for marketing research. By conducting things such as surveys and polls to see what consumers think of your products. Social media can also be helpful to see what competing businesses are doing.
6. Social media isn’t that expensive to run. Most social media sites are free for anyone to use, so it is a free form of publicity for you.
